Great bag, poor customer service.

I bought this bag because the company had a strong reputation and the product itself is great! Really spacious and well designed!

Unfortunately, I experienced a fault and reached out for support but received no response. Because of this, I would think twice before buying from the brand again. It’s a shame, as the product itself is great.

Bagman quick release

Great for quick on and off attaching of bags to my bikes (Trek SU600 and Surly Ogre). Bags are Carradice Super C, Hungry The Smorgasbord and Framework Designs The Sight Seeker. The last two bags are Australian made and all are in canvas.

Great bit of kit!
