Returning an Item
You can return item(s) purchased on carradice.co.uk within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are in unused and resellable condition. For returns after 30 days, please refer to our LIFETIME WARRANTY. If you purchased your item from a retail stockist, please contact them directly for an exchange or refund.

Your return will be processed within 14 business days after reaching our warehouse. Carradice is not responsible for incorrect mailing or excess fees.

Exchanging an Item
To exchange an item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order on carradice.co.uk.
Receiving Your Refund
We will process your return as quickly as possible. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the purchase price. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of receipt and will be returned via your original payment method.
Warranty Returns
Returning a Warranty Item
If a Carradice product does not meet our quality standards, you can return it for repair or replacement. If the item was purchased from a stockist, please return it to the store for assistance. For items purchased directly from carradice.co.uk, follow these steps:

Repairs
Returning an Item for Repair
To have your Carradice bag repaired, please follow these steps:

Once confirmed by our support team, send the item(s) to our UK workshop.

Download and fill out the repair form and include it in your package.

All repairs will need paying for before we go ahead with the work.
If we Cannot Repair Your Item
If the item cannot be repaired, we may offer a replacement or a credit note for the purchase amount. Items deemed irreparable may be recycled or resold at our annual sample sale. If the item has sentimental value, please make this clear when contacting us.
Important
You are responsible for shipping costs when sending items for repair. All items must be clean before sending, as we cannot process dirty items. The average turnaround time for repairs, including shipping, is 28 business days, though this may be longer during busy periods.
Warranty
Carradice products come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY against defects in materials and workmanship (excluding consumables and wearable items listed below). This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or reasonable wear and tear over time.
We will cover the cost of repairs or replacement for items found to have manufacturing defects. Items must be returned clean, and dirty items will be returned to the sender without repair.
This warranty applies to the original owner from the date of purchase and does not cover loss or damage to the contents of a bag or similar expenses.

If we cannot repair or replace your item, we may issue a gift code for the purchase amount or the most recent sale price if no proof of purchase is available.
Carradice is not responsible for damage to bicycles, components, or accessories caused by improper installation or use of our products. It is the user's responsibility to ensure proper installation and maintenance.
