We source as many materials as possible from UK suppliers, prioritising regional mills and vendors close to our workshop in Nelson, Lancashire.
Shorter supply chains reduce transport distances and associated CO₂ emissions, while supporting British craftsmanship and local communities.
Durable Design
Carradice bags are built for long-term use, not short product cycles. Robust cotton duck, proven construction, and repairable design reduce the need for replacement.
Our lifetime repair service helps extend each product’s life, keeping bags in use and out of landfill.

Our workshop practices focus on reducing waste wherever possible. Offcuts are tracked and reused, and production methods are continually reviewed to improve efficiency.
