Great bag and customer service.

The bag feels secure and stable even on bumpier rides. Easy to attach. Also quick and correct response from customer service when i had some questions regarding setup.

most practical commuting and bikepacking saddlebag

This bag is really solid and the SQR system great for the use on multiple bikes, for commuting or bikepacking. I can even put in my 16" mobile workstation with a sleeve.

The only downsides I can think of are the plain look and lack of quick access pockets (the main compartment of the SQR Tour is too small for my needs). Skinny elastic mesh or waterproof zipper pockets on the sides and additional reflectors there would be great.

Ah, and I forgot to mention the internal zipper pocket. I found it impractical that it is sewn to the top, so it hangs down when it is filled by a phone or wallet. I guess it would be far better on the bottom.

Issue with my Order #8698

I recently purchased the Super C SQR Slim Saddlepack and found that the bracket is defective. I've sent 3 emails about this which included pictures and have received no response. What does it take to get a replacement part or to receive a response to my inquiry?
