Vital spare part arrived quickly

I love my Carradice Panniers and was upset when one caught on some railings and the fixing hook broke. However, the replacement was sent quickly and with no fuss so everything back to normal.

Review

I have used these hooks for many years. They are as reliable now as they were when I first got them (they were part of my Super C panniers package).
