I don't know where else I could have got any from, and with a bit of adjusting they will do the job. I am quite disappointed with the big chunky wire hooks, which are nothing like the plastic ones shown in the advertising. Smaller hooks would have been much better, especially as I needed to replace the elastics because one of my existing (not carradace) ones got caught on a spoke and broke
I finally found these elastics as a replacement on my 30 year old Karrimor panniers that aren't being produced anymore. Before, I searched DIY and hardware shops and bicycle shops alike, in vain. These work better than the original!
