Low-pro fixie paradise

I know this seems like a weird pairing but believe me when I say it’s the goddamn best! It’s absurd. It’s fun. It’s your best friend. I rock an espresso machine, a coffee grinder, a down parka, and couple of Guinness, some snacks, and all the repair tools/supplies that I could possibly need to get me through a long day on the rough roads of Los Angeles thanks to this combo. Highly recommend the bagman rack to keep everything steady. About 300 miles in and 2 random downpours; I can’t say enough positive things about the build quality and convenience of this setup.

My third Carradice

I bought my first Carradice back in 1999, and I’m still using it. Since then I’ve purchased two more, including two Barleys. The Barley is a great size for carrying everyday gear, like spare tubes and tires, a rain parka, and a lock, with room for more. If you keep the cloth waxed and the leather straps regularly treated, they’ll last forever.
