Shipping from UK & EU
When you shop with us, your order is sent directly from our UK-based factory where it was crafted. All EU orders are now sent from our EU warehouse in France. All orders are shipped by tracked mail or courier.
I was using pannier bags with screws. But suddenly the end cap and hook came off and were lost. I told Carradice about it in the chat, but Carradice didn't listen because of the way I fastened my screws. I love the Kendal pannier, the Bureau pannier, the nelson saddle bag, the Barley saddle bag, and the Zipped roll saddlebag, but I'm very sad right now.
Worth the small effort of fitting them (enjoyable actually). I have quite a light, unique rack and they fit perfectly. Twisted the horizontal hook 180° to face backwards, used the fitters on the hooks to narrow them - good to go.

I bought some burgundy Kendal panniers to go with my green Pashley roadster classic and upon receiving them, I was very impressed by the quality of both the materials and the workmanship.
