I've had these for some years now and they're doing very well. I use them a lot for shopping and they handle very nicely on and off the bike. The rack fixing system is easy to operate and reliable. One gripe - the zip on the rear external pocket can be difficult to operate and it's designed in such a way that it can't be partially closed to accommodate something slightly taller than the pocket, such as a bottle of wine or a bunch of celery. Therefore 4 stars instead of 5.

These panniers I bought to replace a pair of Karrimor panniers which I bought in 2000 for touring and everyday use, which have done very well but are now worn out. These Carradice bags will complement my ancient Camper Longflap saddlebag and fulfill the need for carrying capacity on the same basis as the old Karrimors, i.e. touring and everyday use for trips to the shops or the library or the pharmacy or all three at once. Well made and easily fitted; securely attached and including additional items such as shoulder straps, reducers for different racks and anti-sway hooks. Great value and look like they will be long lasting.
