Carradice Quick-clip pannier hooks will fit racks up to 13mm in diameter. For thicker racks the Pannier Hook Adapter Bar is available

The panniers turned up as described, and the hangers were straightforward to assemble.
They fitted easily on my veteran racks and could be adjusted to give clearance for pedals etc.
They survived an October tour, staying dry throughout.

I had a Carradice saddlebag more than 50 years ago so was confident these panniers would be excellent quality. They are very impressive with clever and sturdy fitting kits. They are much better in that respect to my husband's Ortlieb panniers and are of a more thoughtful design. I have a matching pair of front panniers.
