A really good all round bag. A large capacity for all you need for a few days cycling or a multi day Audax event.
Change of clothes, first aid, spares etc etc can all fit in.
The support is genius no sway and can be fitted ir removed very quickly with a multi tool. When riding there is no sway or feeling there's excess baggage on the bike. The support also keeps the luggage away from frame rub.
The pack comes off in a moment if needed,
Good reflective visibility and easy to close or open. Waterproof to silly degree with the supplied wet liner.
The pack also rolls down to capacity, leaving everything really neat and tidy.
The bungee is a nice touch as it makes taking a layer off or on easy.
Having done many long distance events and seen lot of similar products the Carradice is just better than others.
The only decision is between East West loading or North South loading and the visuals.
That's why I have a Audax C saddle bag too.
When it comes to carry bags on a bike, one word is enough.

I have two of these, the yellow for road and black for off road, and they are by far the best bike packing bags I have used. Easy to attach, easy to remove. The Bracket is rock solid and is usually, depending on the saddle design, easy to fit. The bag, though not fully waterproof, has never let water in to my gear. My Alpkit Big Papa and my many others, have been mothballed since purchasing my first of these. The Carradice has no straps, fastens securely and does not sway or move even over rough terrain, great hi-viz patches for the road and a bungee on top for stuffing a jacket, etc. Simply the best.

Great bag, I’ve had no problems with the mounting system, big bike packing trip around Glentrool and it was rock solid. Easy to get on and off when you need to too.

Fantastic bag simple to fit, simple in use too.
Good capacity and folds down to required, when smaller capacity needed.
The waterproof underside works well.
The reflective bands are a good size and well placed. Toggles for clip on lights are well spaced. Even the bungee cord is perfect for lightweight needs.
It's not a heavy duty carrier but for Audaxing and multi day events it's a very versatile well balanced bag on a bike.
