It was a gift for my husband, and he definitely fell in love with the bag. It is of high quality, spacious, and ideal for carrying your personal belongings, whether by bike, motorcycle, or even for travel. It has all the British elegance of a well-crafted item.

Easy to fit and seem a lot easier to operate than previous catches. Maybe an idea to lubricator occasionally so they don’t get stuff to operate.

Setup on the front handle bar (with the Handlebar Spacers for Saddlebags) and is working great: no rack, no wobble! The retro is very aesthetically pleasing. I'll be keeping a eye out for other retro offerings, especially the nelson.

Frankly, bought this exclusively because it looked good on the site. It does so in person too. But it’s also exceptionally well-made, from great materials, so that’s another benefit!

This will house a tool kit, phone keys etc, spare inner tube/puncture repair kit and other items you may need on a bike ride. Really well made and looks great on my bike. Very nice item.

Needed an additional pannier rail as current rack was too big. This did the job brilliantly.

All right, if you’re like me you’re thinking to yourself: “that’s one gorgeous bag, but will it really fit everything I need for my commute?” Well here ya go, everything I fit into my Nelson longflap:

- rain jacket
- deodorant
- hair brush
- sunglasses case
- flat repair kit
- coffee thermos
- water bottle
- snacks
And this is all WITHOUT the flap extended. Extend the flap, and I can also fit:
- lunchbox
- gloves
- balaclava
- book
With the quick-release system, it’s beautifully supported while being easy to remove and put on, once you get the hang of it. I’ve ridden in the rain with it 6 times now and my stuff is completely dry every time. The best bag on the market for this price.

Excellent quality of the material, design and thought gone into the product-the fold-out side pockets are an added bonus on longer rides. Great buy.

Easy to attach and detach, love the flap system, works fine as a bag off the bike. Easily carries books and papers, a computer, lunch, extra layers. Looks great. Not sure why I haven't seen any here in the US!
