The Yorkshire Coast Dirt Dash is a bikepacking event in the North York Moors National Park. Here's a short story and selection of imagery from the 2025 edition.

The Dirt Dash Yorkshire delivered everything a great bikepacking weekend should: two days of sunshine, steep climbs, breathtaking views, and a true sense of community around the campfire.

Starting from the historic harbour town of Whitby, the route wound its way through the heather-covered moors, along farm tracks, and over long, punchy hills with some serious gradients and equally rewarding scenery. From remote gravel stretches to sea views and shaded forest trails, this was a ride that packed in adventure with every turn of the cranks.

As supporters of the Dirt Dash series, we at Carradice couldn’t be more proud to see our bags out there in the wild, dusty, loaded, and doing exactly what they were built for.

Two Days of Adventure, Two Nights of Community

What makes Dirt Dash truly special isn’t just the route it’s the people. Riders from all over gathered not just to test their legs but to share stories, meals, mechanical help, and that unspoken understanding that comes from riding all day and sleeping under the stars.
