Want a saddle bag, but your saddle doesn’t have bag loops?
- For small bags you can use Saddle Loops which bolt onto your seat rails.
- Or choose the Bagman Quick Release Clamp – which means you can take your saddlebag with you when you leave your bike.
- Larger bags will benefit from a Bagman support – especially if you will be carrying heavy loads.
How to attach a saddlebag
Have a look at this video on our facebook page for how to attach a saddlebag using the leather straps (included with the bag):

Alternatively, you can use our Bagman Saddlebag Supports, Bagman Quick Release Saddlebag Supports or our Seatpost Quick Release System for Saddlebags to attach any of our saddlebags for more security and stability.

This is my go to bag for long day rides or summer overnight bunkhouse trips. I can just about get a change of clothes, riding kit and tools for the two day rides, but comes into its own for long audax rides or winter days where I carry a light down jacket, tools, light stove and Ti mug, plenty room to spare. Buckles easy to use and more practical than the new bikepacking ‘sausage’ bags that stick out more. The super C is a better design and much tougher. Mine still looks new after a year. The only small downside are angle of side pockets and the LED loop is a little low, I’d maybe have a low and high loop as depends on how full bag is. I use it with a Brooks but definitely recommended the Carradice Classic rack if you have metal bag loops on saddle, makes the bag better. I changed to another saddle so use the SQR rack… makes it easy to take bag on and off. Could not do without this bag for big rides, even a few minor design issues don’t get in way of this being a useful bag.

Overall exceedingly good, very well made, and sized perfectly for day rides (lunch, jacket when the weather changes, map etc)
I deducted one star (would have only deducted half if I could) because the flaps on the side pockets are not great unless the pockets are stuffed full.
