I have the original version of this cape. Truly essential and keeps you dry in all wet weather. What is not often known is that it also keeps you warm. The tapes keep it in place and there are finger holds as well. This is always in my pannier 365 day a year. In the UK is it really is a good piece of cycling kit and I can thoroughly recommend it. It has outlasted many of my so-called cycling “waterproof “jackets.
